Shipping & Returns

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the manufacturer. Larger pieces may ship by freight carrier, who will contact you to schedule delivery.

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email support@erafurniturellc.com with photos within [CONFIRM: damage claim window, e.g. 48 hours] of delivery and we will arrange a replacement part, a replacement item, or a refund.

• Returns are accepted within [CONFIRM: return window in days] of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.

Our pieces carry the manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship [CONFIRM: warranty length and coverage]. Normal wear, misuse, and commercial use are not covered.
