Shipping & Returns

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Transit time after dispatch is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item.
• Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order ships from the manufacturer.
• Larger furniture pieces may be shipped via freight carrier. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact support@erafurniturellc.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange replacement parts or another appropriate resolution.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Any applicable restocking fee should be disclosed before the return is authorized.

To start a return, email support@erafurniturellc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

ERA Furniture products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and coverage periods may vary by manufacturer and product.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, modifications, and commercial use are not covered unless otherwise stated by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
